Goji Berry Tropic Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup coconut milk or your favorite milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Makes 2 servings.
  3. I use a high speed blender like Vitamix.
