This Goji Berry Tropic Smoothie is packed with delicious ingredients and only takes minutes to prepare.
f you’re curious about goji berries, you’ll find them at most whole food stores. They’re dried like raisins and often originate from China, and in fact are used in traditional Chinese medicine. Goji berries enjoy a reputation as an immune booster, among other health benefits.
This smoothie has beautiful, vibrant colors, tropical fruits, and tastes delicious. And the pineapple is rich in enzymes, too. You’ll start your morning right with this one.
- 1 banana
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 lime, peeled
- ½ cup goji berries
- ½ cup coconut milk or your favorite milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Makes 2 servings.
