Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
