Mango on a stick with shredded coconut and cinnamon sugar.

It’s mango season here in Florida.

Sweet and refreshing, mangoes are rich in vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, potassium, and fiber.

And, when served on a stick, mangoes become fun to eat.

  1. I love you when you write about how good mangoes are for us but really, once you take the first bite of a ripe, fresh mango, do you think about the vitamins? I just think about not getting the juice on my chin. :)

I think these mango pieces on a stick are wonderful.

  2. Great! Looks so good. It is creative to make it a mango stick. But probably I will try to make this something like a salad. So I can have a big bowl of this… :)
