Strawberry and Apple Smoothie

Smoothies are nutritious and easy to make. Versatile, you can use your favorite fruits.

It is not strawberry season right now. The juicy and sweet red fruit is so delicious during the summer. Using frozen strawberries is a good alternative for smoothies.

But in october the apples are gorgeous and colorful.

Strawberries mix well with most fruits, add vibrant color and provide sweet flavors.

Adding yogurt to the smoothie provides some good protein.

Your smoothie recipe sounds delicious! I love freezing fruit like strawberries and bananas, and using those instead of ice – it makes for a richer smoothie!

I have often thought of making a smoothie that incorporates apple. I was worried that the texture would be subpar. Your looks fabulous! I am going to give it a try.
