- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana, diced
- 1 cup mango
- 2 Tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup almond milk or other favorite milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients—except blueberries—until smooth. Pour half the mixture into serving glasses. Add the blueberries to the remaining smoothie mixture in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the darker blueberry mixture over the original pineapple mixture. Pour gently to keep the mixture in 2 layers. Makes 2 servings.
