Red Spiced Smoothie

This beet, apple, banana and fresh ginger smoothie is like “true blood”

Delicious, perfectly filled with good ingredients.

Red Spiced Smoothie

Beets are delicious and  filled with antioxidants. The sweetness of the beets blends perfectly with the tartness of the green apple.

This magenta red smoothie is as healthy as it is eye-catching.

Red Spiced Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small beet peeled and cubed, raw or cooked
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 large date
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.
