Cilantro is an anti-inflammatory and is loaded with essential antioxidants, iron, magnesium, vitamins A and K. Cilantro is also a powerful, natural cleansing agent and helps the body get rid of toxic metal. It has also been shown to have anti-anxiety effects and is a natural stimulant.

Anti-Aging Smoothie
Serves: 1
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1½ cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ inch fresh ginger root, unpeeled
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
