This chocolate pudding is too good. Smooth, delicious and rich, it is a real treat.

It takes only a few minutes to make.

In the summer, I really enjoyed making raw dessert. They are easy, usually simple and very forgiving.

Most of the time, when making raw dessert, I don’t measure. Taste, texture and consistency are usually my key factors.

  • 2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • ½ almond milk
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  1. In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until completely smooth, stopping to scape the sides as necessary. Transfer to bowls and chill for a firmer pudding.
