This chocolate pudding is too good. Smooth, delicious and rich, it is a real treat.
It takes only a few minutes to make.
In the summer, I really enjoyed making raw dessert. They are easy, usually simple and very forgiving.
Most of the time, when making raw dessert, I don’t measure. Taste, texture and consistency are usually my key factors.
- 2 avocado
- 1 banana
- ½ almond milk
- ½ cup agave syrup
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until completely smooth, stopping to scape the sides as necessary. Transfer to bowls and chill for a firmer pudding.
