Blueberry Mousse

This blueberry mousse is soft, light and airy, and made without the eggs and whipped cream.

BLUEBERRY MOUSSE

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Refrigerated for 1 hour before serving.
