Buckwheat Granola

This delicate gluten free granola is rich in flavor and a great source of fiber.

I have so many granola recipes but this is the one that I keep making more often.

I like the crunch of the buckwheat and his health benefits.

Buckwheat is a rich source of antioxidant and a good source of vitamin E.

Purchase buckwheat groats and not the kasha.

To sprout the buckwheat; rinse well and cover with fresh water. Soak overnight. Rinse and drain well. Place your buckwheat in a strainer covered with a tea towel. Rinse once daily. You can sprout for 24 hours or more if you want.
